If you see a certificate-verification warning, this is normal for sideloaded apps; tap "Install anyway" to proceed. If your phone says there is not enough storage, delete old files or uninstall unused apps and try again. For iOS users, if the web app does not save to your home screen, open mito99.app in Safari, tap the Share button, select "Add to Home Screen," and confirm. If the browser app is slow, clear your Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and reload the page.
Data, permissions, and account security on mito99
Our app requests permission to access your device's camera and microphone only if you choose to enable video chat in support sessions; these permissions are optional. The app also requests access to your location to verify you are in a jurisdiction where our services are legally available. We do not share your location with third parties. Your account credentials are stored locally using encrypted storage; your password is never visible in memory or logs. All communication between your device and our servers uses industry-standard TLS encryption. When you log out, your session token is immediately invalidated on our servers, and relogging requires re-entry of your credentials. If you use a shared device, always log out after your session ends.
Payment methods and account management in the mito99 app
Once registered, you may link payment methods directly in the app. We support DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and Indonesian bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet).
